No driving will be permitted on camp without a valid, color-coded pass. Passes will be distributed as needed only to drivers with a valid license and insurance card. If you do not receive a pass, please park your vehicle in the parking lot for the duration of the event. Youth younger than 18 cannot drive once on camp. Youth aged 18-21 cannot drive passengers under 21; adults over 21 may drive with passengers. Passengers and drivers must wear seatbelts.

In accordance with Scouting America policy, everyone attending a Echockotee Lodge event is required to have an Annual Health and Medical Record Part A & B to attend.

The form consists of three pages and is completed by the participant (or participant’s parent/guardian). It provides critical information needed in the event medical treatment is needed while at the event, including consent and release.

A parent/guardian signature is required on the form for all attendees under 18 years of age.

The form must be updated annually (check the signature date on the front) or when your medical history changes.
